Any rumors about Baldwin Sharks?

Being a B&O / Western Maryland West Virginia modeler, I have a strong need for Some good P2K /Genesis/ Stewart/Broadway Limited type quality Baldwin Shark. With all the great and sometimes obscure plastic locomotives coming out has anyone heard any rumors about anyone producing a Shark?

I have a couple of the ER Models version and while the drive isn’t awful, the shell is strickly 70’s technology. They don’t look too bad until a Genesis F-7 comes into sight, then the Sharks slink into a dark area of the layout to hide in embarrassment. Does anyone even make replacement windshields for these models? Thanks - Nevin

I didn’t know they made Sharks…do they? I must say they were great looking locomotives…

If you are willing to shell out the money for a Shark of the detail that you wish…try Brass. They look great, and run like swiss watches!!!

I agree - I’d like to see some Proto 1000 sharks

I did an internet search and found a pair of B&O Baldwin Sharks already painted in the correct blue and grey paint scheme. The problem is that want $400 a piece. A Proto 1K would suit me just fine! A Stewart would be nice also- they seem interested in Baldwins lately. - Nevin

take a look at:

Only PRR had these.

I saw those PRR big guys. Neat resin kits. However, I need the RF-16A 4 axles Sharks. - Nevin
