OK, so it’s Friday, it’s a slow day, my coworkers left to go home, and I’m bored.

I have sushi about twice a week for lunch. Healthy stuff that I learned to enjoy having been previously married to a Japanese-American and having once lived in Asia for a number of years, not to mention 18 years in Hawaii.
The good stuff isn’t cheap, but it’s all good for you. My personal favorite is salmon roe, although that’s something I usually order only if I’m spending the better part of an evening at a first-class sushi bar.
Never have had it delivered by rail, though, although that’s certainly very do-able.

These people are not just fun; they’re a hoot! Train loads of eeel, fish egggggs, and possibly the fatal fugu fish (if not prepared right). (fugu is nihongo for blowfish)
