I am gonna be doing a photo shoot on rail yards in a bout a month or so. W are in the middle of a “blizzard” right now. I am gonna get some nice close up pics. I will post after I get them. it would be nice to see some good rail yard pictures here. And please no “proffesional” rail expert advice. just good old rail yard action. Even old school pics. I have some neet old pictures of both Chessie system and (C&O and B&O) rossford yard back in the day that i will put up next month. I have to figure out how to take them from film pics to digi deal. I even have a stack of CSX derailment pics my dad took before he retired deep in the yard … GOD BLESS ALL
I should say that the C&O pics are from C&O around toledo and the B&O from around rossford (find them) chessie system from toledo surronding area. Sorry about the typing… Just got done shovleing … We are in the middle of a blizzard and I am waiting for my wife to get home from our local union meeting. O yea union baby! the only way to work and live for us poor and lower class who want some od the good life that college grads with PHD’s get… LOL
