hello has anyone here ever bought stuff from internettrains.com and actually gotten there order I ordered stuff a month ago and havent seen any of it ,just wanted to know if anyone has had any past experience purchasing train stuff from this company thanks

I ordered on 12/30, received my order 2/15. Everything worked fine. Took a little long, but I did receive my order.

This has been the subject of at least four to five recent Posts that have went on and on with some good results for the customer waiting sometimes up to six months.

Apparently the best way to expdite an outstanding order is to email them via the address on their website. That suggestion was made in an earlier thread, and it helped me resolve an outstanding issue I had with them. Their customer service phone # is useless, as no one ever seems to answer it.

I have never had a signifigant delay in ordering from any on-line hobby shop unless part of the order went to backorder. Then it sometimes can takes months. Were any of the items that you ordered out of stock or not yet released? Either of these conditions could delay shipping beyond the control of the retailer.
