ANYONE KNOW HOW TO PAINT MONTANA RAIL LINK LOCOS??????????

I am tryingto make a model of a Montana Rail Link SD45, and so far I have an undec. Kato SD45, a decal sheet, some detail parts, and know idea how to paint it… Does anybody know of a good MRL blue???

Often the decal sheets will suggest colors to go with the decals.

I have some athearn factory painted MRL units. I painted the Handrails straight Testors Dark Blue. Pretty good match in my opinion.
