Ordered a week ago and they have not shipped yet. Tried to contact their email that they provide on their website, and it comes back undeliverable.
Should I cancel my credit card?
Anyone heard of them or successfully or unsuccessfully ordered from the?
If you scroll down to the bottom of their web page and click on “About Us,” they list a phone number. Give them a call and ask about the status of your order. Also mention that your e-mail bounced.
They may be a re-shipper. A lot of sites are. They don’t maintain a lot of inventory. Instead, when they get your order, they order the item from Walthers or another distributer, and when it gets to them they re-ship it to you. This process introduces a lot of delays, particularly if the item is out of stock. If this place is not selling from physical inventory, then it’s unlikely it would have shipped after “only” a week.
I would give them a call. Sometimes you cannot trust the website on tracking… I know I have ordered stuff from Modeltrainstuff.com and I will get an e-mail that my order has shipped a day after I got it. [:P]
