I am hoping the westbound jump from Cleveland to Rosemont, IL will come right pass my house. Anyone seen it today or know the schedule?

what is a jump?
I assume by RBBB you mean the circus train. Just by chance I saw it today at Portage, Indiana at about 1230pm. I was eastbound on I94 and it was westbound on the CSX. I assume it was the circus train…lots of passenger cars pulled by 2 CSX units.
