Anything wrong with Con-cor rolling stock?

I was browsing the Walthers web site at intermodal equipment. I found some n-scale husky-stacks made by Con-cor that I may try out. I just don’t know why other dealers never stock them… Is there anything wrong with them? I’ve never bought anything Con-cor before.

I have bought a few things in HO from Con-cor. I have had no problems with them and they seem well built.

I’m not sure about HO, but N scale is a bit out of scale. The detailing and decals also leave something to be desired. However, I do own a few pieces of rolling stock and a set of passenger cars that I run from time to time.

Like Molarrycurly4, I’m not in N scale, but I’ve bought some HO passenger cars from Con-Cor, and if they’re not as well detailed as either Walthers or several other mfgrs, I’ve found them to be smooth running and with a little work–re-weighting, new wheels, custom interiors–quite nice. And I can CERTAINLY say good things about their “Pioneer Zephyr”–it’s a very smooth-running, attractive little ‘historical’ streamline passenger train. I’d give them pretty good marks, overall.

I am in N scale and have several cars by them… the Autorack was a good model til the Micro trains ones came out, but it looked all right and stayed on the track well enough. The Husky Stack cars are Waaaayyy too light, need a very weighted container on them to stay on. They also have a piece on the bottom which prevents them from going around curves too well. But the detailing is good as far as I can tell.
