Apology to Walthers (LL) Service Dept.

I previously posted, on this forum, my dissatisfaction with the service dept. of Walthers as concerning their response to the issues surrounding the inoperability of my E7 and the communication relative thereto. I also sent an e-mail to them regarding same.

I wish to now state that Jerry, in Walthers parts, has made contact, been extremely helpful, and has agreed that it is, in all probability, a defective printed circuit board. He is sending a replacement. I guess the original respondent and receipient of my return of the E7 was just having a bad day and I likewise will use that as the reason for my prior posting to this forum.

Thanks, Don. Setting things right is always the best thing to do - both Walthers and you. [:)]

Nice to hear about the bad that turns out good as well as the other way around. Well done to you both.

I am pleased for everyone’s sake that it has gone as it should. Good for you, as well, in that you have set the record straight.

Thanks.

I was wondering about that, because I have had absolutely no problems with Walther’s/Life-Like service matters. They’ve always been prompt, courteous and very helpful.
