Apple Valley track plan

Does anyone know where I can find a track plan for the Apple Valley RR found in the Green Frog series “How To Build A Model Railroad”–?? I’ve tried Google and other search engines but no luck. I know it was designed by Jim Hediger but beyond that, I am at a loss. Thanks for any help.
