Are Paint Shop (And Along The Line) back in Model Railroader?

I just checked the table of contents of the October Issue of MR online, and was surprised to see the title “Ask Paint Shop” which hasn’t been in MR for years. Am I seeing things? Also Along The Line is back… Maybe that’s where the “Back to Basics” title comes in… Now if only they’d bring back Student Fare too![:)]
