ARISTO CRAFT'S ROGER'S TRACKING LGB SWITCHES

I CALLED POLK’S THIS MORNING AND WAS TOLD TO CHECK METAL PIECE FOUND AT TRUCK TO FRAME AND MAKE ADJUSTMENT TO THIS, STRAIGHTENING IT OUT. THIS WOULD PUT MORE DOWNWARD PRESSURE ON THE WHEELS. LUBE COULD ALSO BE ADDED WHERE IT SLIDES ON THE FRAME. PLAN TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS LATER TODAY WHEN IT WARMS UP. TWENTY-FIVE DEGREES THIS MORNING BUT SUNNY IN SOUTHERN WI.

JOHN

WELL, I DID AS I WAS TOLD AND THE ENGINE DID HANDLE THE SWITCHES A LOT BETTER. I SURE WILL BE GLAD WHEN ALL THE LEAVES ARE FINALLY DOWN AND I DON’T HAVE TO KEEP CLEANING OUT THE SWITCHES.

JOHN

That is interesting. Too bad they don’t put that in the literature in the boxes. A lot of people use LGB track and switches and thats usefull information for the buyer. A lot of the literature in the Aristo boxes is oujtdated anyway so why would they do this for us. I’ve contacted them many times when the plans and directions in the boxes don’t match the items in the boxes much.
