I guess that this is a good idea. I’m no longer involved with any RR Museum. Had to retire from The Western Pacific Railroad Museum in Portola California because of “Old Age” and "Injuries from many years of Firefighting.
It is good that they have joined each other. This will make one group working for the best of the groups. Hopefully they will work on safety, making some groups work more on the safety and better maintainance of equipment and track. I have worked in the tourist industry for almost 30 years. But there is still room for improvement.

This is a good and logical development. Early on I remember the two organizations being at odds on some things. This is a great thing for the industry.
Now, if only our governments could be this smart.
