I cannot get the article about freight train operation written by Frank Ellison to download. This article was offered on the MR site recently.I have already tried downloading the latest version of acrobat but all I get is a blank screen after the computer says I am connected. Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes, I tried twice to download the articles, and they did debit my account! The bytes did count out but the screen remained white as you say. Was unable to get anything so I sent a request to Kalmbach for either reprints or a CD. I got an e-mail saying they would respond to the problem in 3 days, That was a week ago but still no response. jc5729 John Colley, Port Townsend, WA
I guess I could despute the charge with Visa, but I have had a really good relationship with Kalmbach over the years, I hope it doesn’t come to that.
