Asheville, NC Yard Very Busy

Latley there has been an inflow of cars to the Asheville yard. I know most of it is MOW but does anyone know what they are doing here. There looks to be 20 or so trailers on flat beds, 10ish box cars and who knows how many MOW equipment. Any info would be grealty appreciated.

my guess would be a tie or rail gang. the yard could be geting some ties, but if their are no big bundles of new ties around, then most likley the gang has shut down for the year. the trailers or "camp cars"arewhere the gang bunks at night.
