Athearn Genesis 13,600 Gallon Acid Tank Cars

I have searched for a while and can’t find the answer to this so I will ask here. Does anyone know what car this model is based on? I see GATX leases one with a capacity of 13,800 and Trinity makes a 14,207 car, but I can’t find one at 13,600.
