Hi, I’m looking for HO Athearn dummy trucks and GE U-boat 4-axle sideframes to use on a resin kit of a UP turbine. I’m in Ireland at the moment and there isn’t a lot of scope for US outline stuff here. Can’t seem to get these parts new anymore - even Athearn don’t have them and haven’t for months! In total I need 6 dummy trucks, 4 pairs of U-boat sideframes and 4 pairs of EMD F7 sideframes. If anyone can help or suggest a source I’d sure appreciate it.

Lots of Athearn stuff there, including some you might get cheap enough to scrap for parts.
You can purchase parts directly from Athearn if you have a part number. Check their Web site for an e-mail contact address.
