I had hoped that the new and improved 4-6-2 would be in stores by now. Has anyone heard any news on this engine?

Would be nice to have an alternative to the K-4 Pennsy Pacific.

I just checked the Roundhouse website and it says late Sept.

I agree, any Pacific not a K4 would be a blessing at this point. Athearn has been saying Sept. since early this year, so maybe it will happen then.

I does amaze me that the single most popular passenger wheel arrangement is so poorly represented in HO, except in brass.

If they run nice I’m in for two or three.
