Athearn just announced their new Genisis loco at the Springfield show. A GP50 will be released. First 3 road names C&NW, SF and hi-hood Southern.

A) It ain’t official K-10 without (one of our own Contributors) approval or presence there!
B) Other than the Ultra (Cab Heater) Bulb, that I am replacing, the GP-50 was a nice shell, Ooopssie Shoulda seen that improvement coming!!! Doh!!!

I wish ‘my’ roads had GP50’s, I feel that the GP38 is really a more fluent unit, now that the GP50 is announced…
However, Any Announcement is more positive! than no announcement at all!!!
