For Christmas I got a brand new Athearn caboose kit. I started working on building it, and found that the ladders and brake wheel assemblies were missing! We e-mailed Athearn, and within 8 hours, they responded, saying they would send the missing parts and they would arrive in a week! For free! Exactly one week later (Tuesday) the parts arrived in the mail, in a Roundhouse kit box.[:D][%-)][:D] I’ll definately be doing more business with Athearn from now on![:D][:D]

Uncle irvys allways been cool about parts replacement.

Yep Athearn is pretty good.

Just wish Horizon would get their act together because of them Model Trains have just about vanished from the State of Wyoming. And what we do have now, Selection isn’t very good.
