Atlantic & Western Railway?

Anyone know about this railroad, or where i can find the blueprints of its trackage. I read something about it in a book. It had two locos and operated 3 miles of track. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Edit- Almost forgot. I would like to model this Railroad in the modern era. does it still run in this era?
