If anyone is familiar w/ Atlas N scale code 55, i’m wondering if the tracks in a 60 degree crossing are insulated from each other? I assume that they are, but we all know what happens when we assume anything.
My design has one such crossing in the midst of a reversing loop for two different main lines, so i’m thinking that i’ll have two independent reversing blocks.
To my knowledge, all of the Atlas crossings are fully insulated. I have two different sized Atlas crossings, and they both are “wired” at the factory to prevent shorts or loss of power.
