Can someone tell me how and what items i would need to make this DCC with sound?

If you can find one with sound, you might be able to swap the shells.

That or get a QSI-revolution type-A (Atlas lightboard-type) with the right sound files and a speaker. If I recall right, atlas silver and gold (with sound/DCC) usually use the same frame, so there might be a space for the speaker.
