Since I am once again unemployed and broke,[V] I’m trying to finish my track plan with paper templates that I’ve made.(full size) The only one I’m missing is a #4 custom line. Can anyone make a rubbing or drawing of one of theirs and either post it or E-mail it to me so I can finish my track plan?(100% size please)
I would be forever in your debt. (It’s no fun modeling when your broke!)
Thanks
(Either a left or right, I can flip it in Photoshop and print which ever I need)
Do you have a fax #. I got the Atlas Track Plan Template Package. I can Fax you a copy. But I am having major truble scanning things so that option is out.
James
Email me if you have fax#
You want actual size right? I can scan on in the morning and email to you. Let me know if thats what will work for you.
Yes. Please. Full size #4 custom line. (R or L) (jpeg or gif)
Thanks!
Can’t you print one off from Xtrakcad?
Jeff
I don’t see how I would get it 100% size. I just thought someone might have a template handy. The only ones I found on the web were CVMW and their kind of an odd size compaired to Atlas.
Drop a turnout into the drawing space, set up your print dialog to print 1:1 (scale = 1) and select the part that has the turnout, then print.
I’ve tried to use that Xtrac and have had no luck. I’m just not that good with cad software.
Tstripe E-mailed me what I needed. [bow][bow][bow] Thanks much dude!
I can only go so far on paper. Then I have to build the benchwork and start placing track (or templates in this case) around and looking at it from all angles to make sure it’s what I want. (Thank God for flex track!)
I’m amazed the #6 is 12" long and the #4 is only 9" (I guess I could cut 1" or so off the #6
to shorten up the ladder.
I’m thinking of using #4’s for the ladder and just using 4 axle power in the yard. (more yard, less space)
Other than 3 85’ passenger cars,my longest car is 60’ (most are 40 or 50’)
