Atlas ACF covered hopper. Weight came loose !...........

Hi,

I just purchased another ACF covered hopper from Atlas and discovered that the weight hadgot loose during trsnsportation. I tried to look where to open the car in order to fix it, but I don’t really see where and I’m afraid to break everything, especially the fragile roof walk.

Has anyone of you ever tried to open such a car ?

I can’t help with the problem, but…

If you change the title of your thread to something more like “Atlas hopper weight came loose” then you would be more likely to get a response. The original title, “Dilemma,” will only attract curious know-nothings like me. [:-,]

As long as its in there, it shouldnt matter to much if its loose.

Doesn’t work. How to change the title in the head and not only in the text ??

Go back and edit the first post. The title box will be at the top. That will appear in the thread list.
