I was noticing online at the Walthers site that they have Code 83 Atlas flextrack on sale for $2.98. For those new guys building a layout, or expecting to get one for gift this season, or expanding their layout, this is a good price. Pricing may a better in quantites also.
That’s not much of a sale.
You can buy it 365 days a year for $2.50 a section at trainworld or standardhobby. $2.29 in quantity… I wouldn’t be surprised if even better prices can be had with a little digging around.
I went to the site http://wwwstandardhobby.com and they have Code 100 at the lower price, but code 83 was $2.49 in lots of 10, but still a better price than Walthers at $2.98.
