Atlas Custom line turnouts?

I have this problem with my N scale Atlas custom line turnouts that when the train goes over the switch it sometimes throughs the switch. These switches are not nailed down yet do you guys think thats the problem? Thanxs

Custom Line turnouts do not have a switch motor on them. You’re going to need a ground throw, Tortoise stall motor, or some type of control motor to keep the turnout in position.

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. how hard is it to install a ground through?

TF - Ground throws (at least the ones from Caboose Hobbies) are dead easy and work well. I try to set the lever in the up position and have the turnout in the middle when I secure it so I always have enough throw.
