Atlas Industrial Rail 3-rail track

I see that Atlas includes a different type track with their Industrial Rail sets.

Is this track available by itself ‘a la carte’, or do I have to buy a train set?

Are switches avail?

If anyone has experience (good or bad) using this, please comment.

From the photos, it looks nice.

I don’t use the Atlas Industrial Rail track but was able to see it and touch it at York this year. I personally feel that the color is too white for the roadbed, but if you are in Florida I guess the roadbed would be white. The connection pins have been reported to be flimsy and will break off.
