I need to make a dado in a wood strip to fit some Atlas code 55 N scale flex track.

Would someone be able to get me an accurate measurement of the overall height from bottom of tie to top of rail and the width from end of tie to end of tie?

Thank you for the info. Fit doesn’t have to be perfect, as I’ll allow a little slop anyway. But those numbers will get me started.
