Will the Atlas Quantum Engineer controller work on the atlas DASH-832BHW gold series?

Per the Atlas web site, a ‘Gold’ series engine has a QSI sound decoder. The Quantum Engineer controller should be able access most of the functions in DC mode(tweaking CV’s may not be possible). Of course, if you are running DCC, there is no need for the Quantum Engineer controller as your DCC throttle can access the functions.
