After a couple weeks of slow progess (my left wrist is still in a cast) I’ve completed the roof substrate for my Atlas Station.
I picked up some Rusty Stumps Asphalt Shingles at the LHS the other day. What is the best way to apply them? Do I need to lay down a starter strip, just like when I shingle in real life?

That’s a very nice looking roof. For applying the model shingles, it’s very similar to applying a real roof; start at the bottom edge and work your way up. You might want to even consider drawing guidelines on the roof to keep the rows of shingles straight once you determine the amount of overlap of the rows.
Thanks for the suggestion. The actual shingling may have to wait till the cast comes off.
