atlas switch frogs

I remember a post about what size screw to use to power the frog on HO atlas frogs but the search dosen’t bring it up. I am using tortise switch machines and digitrax DS54’s. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks Jim.

IIRC, it’s a 0-80 screw that is usually provided with the Snap Relay. It’s blackened to blend in with the switch frog. The hole in the switch frog is not threaded, the hole in the buss bar is. Some people have said this buss bar is available as a separate part, although I’ve never been able to find it, but it’s easy to make one yourself from brass strip. There’s also a slot in the ties coming from this hole so the buss bar doesn’t lift the switch off the roadbed and give you a hump.
