Atlas Trainman Caboose

I stopped by my LHS out near me Larrys Hobbies in Houston and picked up some things which included a new Atlas HO Trainman series center cupola Burlington Northern caboose @$11.95.

I give high marks to the new Trainman series.

I must say it is an awesome looking caboose and nicely detailed and at a very low price compared to others.

I looked on the Atlas website and several roadnames are offered. I did not need another caboose but when I saw it and I did not have this type I decided to get it.

I have to say Im quite pleased, I always eyed one similar made by MDC Roundhouse in BN but never got it, Im glad I waited for the Atlas one is far nicer.

They are very nice. I bought four undecorated and am getting them ready for Pere Marquette decals. http://www.wyomingyard.com/decals/index.html has some very nice decals for the PM.

Sure is a nice caboose. I have been looking for a Pere Marquette caboose for years.

I dont have an airbrush so I keep hoping for one already made to go with my Berkshire.

I wish Atlas would make one ready to run.:slight_smile:

I bought a bunch of Trainman from MB Klein when I was in Baltimore. Great stuff! cant wait till they expand the line.
