I think that this is a great model, and with a few details and weathering, it will look great and run well.

D&H is a great road I’m glad to see more locomotives come out from manufactures with decent prices I can now add them to my Shark collection

I got the RS-32 shell for CNW #4242, and I must say that it is my all time current best runner! It’s also so smooth running, the noise the cars make are louder than this loco. Go Atlas!

I have two. A RS-32 and a RS-36, both painted in my private rr name The Delaware & Seneca. Atlas has done an outstanding job. I have super detailed these locos and thanks to the locatind dimples that job was a breeze. Perhaps the finest locos in my fleet. Good job Atlas

Mechanism and shell are beautiful ( I own 6 of 'em), but the outdated fuel tank downgrades the quality. I’m hoping Atlas will release future editions with new fuel tanks (narrower with separate air tanks) so I can update this model.

I have had NW 2865 for four years. I wish Atlas would improve the fuel tank/air reservoirs. That said, this is one fine-running model. I appreciate the drill dimples on the body shell. These are great-performing models with room for the builder to detail as one likes. Very, very nice.

I just acquired another RS-36 (wearing L&N grey with yellow short hood) to make into the principal motive power for an industrial short line. This is likely the finest-running DC model I have ever owned. Skillful paint helps the fuel tank. These models are closeouts at many places now. The lack of surface detail makes for a much easier detail job.
