Help,I have a new N scale Atlas Trainmaster DCC Equipped From Factory with Lenz LE010XF Decoder and It won’T Run/Start/ or Light up.I Have a Lenz set 02/4 system and all other Atlas DCC locos operate great,This one has a factory setting of 3,But does not run,Any Help will be greatly appreciated,

Are you SURE it’s set to address 03? Somewhere I saw Atlas was sometimes setting them to a short address of the last two digits of the road number or a long address of the actual road number. Why, I don’t know, after EVERY DCC manufacturer repeats over and over again that until you change it yourself, the address is 03. Might be worth a try - if the lights aren’t even coming on, either 03 is NOT the address, or there is a loose connection between the track and the decoder.

Thanks for the reply since it is a Fairbanks Demo Paint job(and a spiffy one) with no road # I can’t even begin to guess,I removed the Body and all solder to decoder looks good nothing obvious

Dont know if you have tried this one yet, but try just 3. No zeros. Just 3 and see if that works.
