Atlas Turnhead Headblock Change?

Hi,

I have an issue where my headblock on an Atlas code 100 #6 turnout will interfere with another section of track. Is there a way to disassemble the headblock and put on the other side of the turnout?

If you mean the throw bar, I know you can with the code 83’s. It looks like you can do the same to code 100’s. There’s 2 plastic tabs that hold the throw bar to the point rails. Gently pry up on these tabs and the point rails should come free. You can then slide the throw bar out and switch it to the other side. It’s easier to do if you have the turnout on your work bench instead of already laid on the layout.
