Query? What is the track length on the Atlas TT; how long a loco w/ tender can you turn on the TT?
The Atlas TT can handle locomotives up to 9 inches long. The unit itself is 10 inches across.

That’s right. The rotating part is 9 inches across. I think the rail heads are just even with, or maybe a bit above, the surrounding “wall.” So, the critical measurement is the overall wheelbase of the locomotive or locomotive/tender combination. A bit of overhang is OK, because a pilot or couplers don’t have to be on the 9-inch deck.
My Proto 0-6-0 with tender just barely fits on the 9-inch bridge.
The Atlas roundhouse, which has the same 15-degree geometry as the turntable, will not hold an engine much bigger than the turntable can accomodate.
The only thing to be careful of here is where the drive is attached to the turntable. Mine has an area of the plastic from the gear housing that comes up over the top of the turntable deck,
