Hi

he problem with the turbocharger cooling did apply also to the alco rs-1 ?

where this locos also modified to watercooling at some poit in they life time ?

I am serching to see if ATSF rs-1 n.2396 need any modification

The RS-1 uses a different power plant - the inline 539 diesel. Different turbo unit.
