They’ve been open 6 weeks… Bob tells me his goal is to fill the void between the LHS and toystores. He’s presently an MTH dealer, with sights on adding others… While the store has a lot of the “just opened” characteristics, it has a lot of potential… IE, a “party room” to host train-themed parties for the kids…
The shop presently has a smattering of HO and N stuff, and fair amount of general train merchandise. He’s also looking at becoming an LGB dealer…
If you live nearby, stop in - buy something - help him get off to a solid start. The hobby needs all the “entry points” it can get… Bob seems to be trying to make it as accessible as possible.
(And no - I have nothing to do with Bob or the store, I just discovered it this weekend… [:)] )
