Bachman Chinese Passenger Cars

I’m considdering buying some of the Bachman Chinese passenger cars, repainting them, and then using them as commuter cars on my line set in Canada.

What I’m wondering is if anyone has bought any of these, or any other recient Bachman passenger cars and if you could tell me if they’d be worth it.
