Bachmann HO scale brill trolley
Is this model a new version of the Bachmann HO Brill Trolley that came out over 20 years ago? I don’t recall that version having a can motor.
This is a sleeper for Model Traction fans. Bachmann has just introduced a replacement can motor for this trolley. This has greatly improved the performance of the trolley providing smooth and quiet operation at any speed. Shells from the old production runs fit this ne chassis. I removed the people silhouettes, sprayed dullcoat on the shell, added trolly poles and added DCC to produce a super model. Big Bang for the traction buck here! Looks and runs super!
I would also agree, Bachmann has done a nice job with the new Brill trolleys. They deserve recognition for providing traction models at reasonable prices.
