Can anyone out there tell me what the perfect color match is for Bachmann Spectrum’s unlettered yellow GE 44 tonner. it looks to be about shade of yellow close to raibox yellow, trailer train yellow or reefer yellow or some other similar shade
Since these are made overseas with paint not available here you may never find a perfect match
A “Perfect” match ? No such thing. - even with the actual RR’s paint.
The same paint reflect’s (yes, reflect’s!) colors differently Outdoors blue sky from Indoors incandescent light bulb’s .
Then there is fading from the sunlight.

Next time you go to the RR Yard notice the different shades on the same cars.
To answer your SPECIFIC question: Start with ‘Rail Box Yellow’ and add ‘White’ 'till you get the shade you want. Lighter is OK. Darker is a no no. I try to match the decals.
