Bought a new Bachmann Williams 4-6-0 loco and have noise ONLY IN FORWARD. Does anyone know what may be causing it before I look to send it back? Here is a video of it.

Unfortunately your video’s not showing, can you try it again?
The only noise my Williams/Bachmann 10-wheeler makes is a slight wuurrrr from the smoke unit. Other than that, it is a very silent and smooth running engine.
Me thinks you got a clunker. Return it for a new one, if you can.
