,I have came back. Always wanted 3 rail.
Was in HO and its to small for me now.
Got a small starter set from Lionel and hoping to expand

Yeah, we all come back sooner or later. We can be away from toy trains for decades it seems, then something triggers the urge and like swallows to Capistrano back we come.
In my case it was the wife’s, Lady Firestorm’s desire to have a train running around the Christmas tree, AND seeing the N Gauge empire my brother-in-law Mr. Grumpy built in the basement.
They created a monster.
I’ve been into O gauge for years but just recently joined the group. I think you’ll find your time here to be very helpful. Welcome back to O gauge.
I went from O gauge to HO and then back to O gauge. The scale look of HO was nice, but, like you, I found it to be too small. This was back in the mid eighties when O gauge was really coming back with all kinds of great, near scale products. I came back and I’m staying this time. I would suggest you join one of the national O gauge organizations like TCA or LCCA. It will help you to get to know other people in O gauge.
