Excellent photo. Welcom to this forum. Hope to see a lot more of your pix.
I do not find Drano Lake on a BNSF map, or that name in the employee timetable. Please assist us with locating this site with BNSF names. Thanks
Here is an aerial view of the location.
The nearest time table listings would be Home Valley, Washington to the west, and Cook, Washington to the east.
Thank you for the kind words. I’m glad to be here, and glad you enjoy the photo.
Thanks again,
Ryan
Now that is a different dramatic shot…Very different. Great…!
It is a very nice and spectacular image. The way linear items, such as tree trunks and poles are splayed toward the corners of the image, and the exaggerated super-elevation, that would be from a wide angle lens?

I see you are new here. Kindly make yourself known with more excellent photos like that. Great shot!
Thank you for the welcome and the comments! I will definitely be posting more photos in the future.

Crandell,
Thanks for the comment. I can tell you the trees are wind-swept and the poles are not very straight. The photo was made at 28mm, so there may be a little distortion from that angle, but not this much. It really is just really elevated in this location.
Thanks again,
Ryan
