My question is how tight can I bend profile board and what material would you use. I am hoping to get a 90 degree bend with less than a 12 inch radius. Any ideas? I realize this might be a bad idea, so you will not hurt my feelings.

You mean like this? This is 1/8 inch hardboard and it bends quite well.

I just measured it and it’s about a 9" radius. You could go a little tighter if you bend slowly. I did mine by myself. It would be much easier with two people.[:)]
