In addition of the two books you mention, I have the four-volume series “Santa Fe 1940-1971 in Color”. Volume 1 and 2 each contain about 10 pages worth of steam in color, volumes 3 and 4 less.
As to DVDs, I own “Otto Perry’s Santa Fe”. It is about 40 minutes long, half steam, half Diesel. The steam is half b/w and half color. Most of the footage shows Colorado and New Mexico, with a bit of Missouri at the end. Steam is lots of Northerns, some 2-10-2s, some Prairies, and some lovely shots of the 2-8-8-2 helpers on the Raton Pass (in b/w).
