I just finished watching Cody’s office and thought it was the best one yet! Cody you have come a long way since the first episode! Keep up the great work.
What do you all think? Joe A.

I think you’re right. And the acting in that takeoff of a certain Xmas story wasn’r bad either. [swg]

I enjoyed it a lot.
All I have to say to Cody is this:
As an actor, you’re a great model railroader/journalist. I look forward to seeing you every week and my guess is that the folks at Kalmbach really enjoy your sense of humor.
Cody is a stitch - I thought I was going to finally make it through a Christmas season without having to watch “It’s a Wonderful Life”. Love the neck beard - kind of looks like Kyle Orton.[:)]
The movie parody was fine but needed a Mr. Potter.
Dave Nelson
Cody you are great.
So Dave, who would you cast as Mr. Potter? They’re all good guys there so you’d probably have to import somebody from one of the other magazines. [:-^]

I agree, it was nicely done. Neat surprise!
Wait…wasn’t Popp a drama teacher when he taught high school? I think some acting lessons are in order. Although that could cause the skit to lose the “no mrrs were hurt in the filming…”
I was outside at work this morning and heard a whistle…and another model railroader…
Cody,
Thanks for the Christmas gift. Merry Christmas to you, your family, and all members of the forum.
Bob
I sat here laughing out loud. My wife thought I was nuts. Very well done.

Enjoyed it a lot. As I was watching, I heard a local Christmas holiday excursion train’s steam whistle…must’ve been a child on board decide to be a model railroader – or his dad. [;)]
I was amused by this… You may continue…

I geuss Cody is secluded in his office, working on his Oscar acceptance speech.

Nicley Done and funny. Looking forward to more next year.
I enjoyed it also. Hey, they’re not professional actors and it takes a good bit of work to get the script together and shoot one of these.
I look forward to the next one!

I thought this was soo much fun! And yes, I too laughed out loud! The weekly “Cody’s Office” is great because not only do I learn a bit, but it also “humanizes” an otherwise inanimate publication (MR) making it much more “real” than it otherwise might be. I do look forward to each installment.
