Hi everybody I would love to hear which train manufactuer has best details for locomotives. KATO has some good details,but I’m pretty sure there is something better so Do you guys know which train manufactuer has the best train car and Locomotive details?

I think you’re going to have to further define the field.
Please understand, I’m not trying to be negative. It’s just that the question you’ve asked is extremely broad and it would help if we knew something more about why you’re asking it. Are you intersted in a particular scale? Steam, diesel, electric, traction, or all of the above?
See, the larger the scale, the greater opportunity for small details. After all, many details that are imperceptable in Z scale would be obvious admissions in G scale if they’re absent.
For example, here’s a Micro Trains Z scale 2-6-0 (considered by most as having excellent detail for Z scale):
Here’s a similar loco in G scale (a decent average loco):
There’s no comparisson.
Are you including brass manufacturers too, or just plastic?
How about short and special runs by a manufacturer?
