Best material to use in construction of a very large S scale citrus packing shed

OK, got monster of a prototype, the main complex measures 4 X 6 feet. My initial design concept is to use tempered Masonite for the subwalls and perhaps the same for the roof, brace the interior with 1x1 clear lumber and plenty of glue and screws and seal all wood surfaces against moisture. Build it upon a solid foundation (Plywood?) incorporated into the benchwork. Windows and assorted trim are not an issue with me, I can scale jump as needed or scratchbuild. How does my plan gel with the rest of you? Any suggestions or tips welcomed. Before it is suggested, I do intend to build it in sections to keep it managable thus the gorilla concept for durability…

Gator foam, why didn’t I think of that!! No need to break out the power tools…Just invest in hordes of #11 blades!!! Thanks
